I was unable to get online. He checked just about everything that could be causing the problem. He finally downloaded a new driver from Microsoft that my Driver Update program failed to find. The fee was $109 for a little over an hour. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Their prices are very reasonable, their customer service friendly and courteous, and they have a very fast turnaround when they did have to take one of our computers for more in depth computer repairs.
I have never had to take my computer to any computer repair shop, their in home computer service saves me time and money by them coming to me.
They have also always been honest and they have never tried to up sell me anything that wasn't absolutely necessary.
And they schedule my appointments around my schedule, not there's.
I cannot speak or recommend their services highly enough!
